The village is built on the foundation of not comparing or competing with each other, emphasizing that what's for one is for all. The members commit to playing valuable roles in building a successful future and sisterhood. The organization's first meeting includes a welcoming statement, an introduction from the founders, discussing expectations, and a brief assessment to explore the concept of sisterhood. Networking and mingling, along with food and drinks, provide a casual setting for members to connect.
The community plans to engage in diverse activities such as skating, painting, outdoor events, movie nights, and ladies' nights hosted by different members. Meetings will be hosted at various venues, adding a dynamic element to the gatherings. Additionally, the organization aims to offer resources to its members, including mental health peer-to-peer groups, single-parent resources, financial literacy classes, home-building education, life insurance information, job readiness support, and more. The goal is to create a supportive environment where women can thrive personally and professionally.
